Break Free From Binge Eating

The Fundamentals of Binge Eating, Emotional Eating and Yo-Yo Dieting Recovery

ow much time each day do you spend thinking about what to eat, when to eat, how much to eat or should you eat at all?

How much time do spend fighting the urge to eat certain foods?

And then...

when you lose the fight, how much guilt and shame do you unload onto yourself?

How many times have you promised yourself that tomorrow will be different, that you will use all your willpower, follow your diet perfectly and finally get thin!?

If it's anything like me, more times than you can count.

And it's pretty dang exhausting.

I image that you have been hating your body for a while now, too.

Constantly knit-picking at it, pointing out all that is wrong with it and just wishing it were different.

Maybe you get on the scale and let that number dictate your self-worth or how the rest of the day is going to go.

I've been there.

Now, imagine having all that brain space freed up.

Imagine having a natural inclination towards foods that nourish your body and satisfy your hunger. Being so in tune with your hunger and fullness signals that when you are full you literally...

Imagine truly believing that your worth has nothing to do with your body size. And no longer being at war with it, just feeling confident and grateful for all that it does for you.

If this seems impossible, then you are in the right place.

Often, we're skeptical of what we are capable of having or becoming until we are provided the evidence of what is possible.

There was a time when it was challenging for me imagine that my life could be more than my obsession with food, and yet here I am living my life free from my past disordered relationship with food and my body.

Where you are, right now, I've been there before and I am here to tell you that your life can be different no matter how impossible it may seem right now.

If I can have it, so can you.

All you have to do is be willing to take the leap and make an investment in yourself and your well-being. You are worthy and deserving of this transformation.

And I know deep down, that you know your life is about so much more than this struggle with food.

It's time to:

In this course, I teach you everything I have learned from overcoming a decade long battle with an eating disorder and from coaching hundreds of women through theirs.

You will be guided STEP-BY-STEP towards food freedom.

You will learn:

  • How to reject the diet mentality and learn how to stop "falling off the wagon" so your mind will be free to focus on what really matters to you
  • Key perspective shifts to leave the "good food / bad food" paradigm behind
  • Exactly why you keep getting stuck in the diet-binge cycle and how to get out of it
  • How to listen to your body, instead of your mind when making food choices
  • Why you keep eating emotionally and how to ease up on your reliance on food as a coping mechanism
  • What emotions drive binge eating (different from emotional eating) and how to end it once and for all
  • Weight science and biology (necessary education for real body image work)
  • How to start to trust and respect your body and cultivate confidence and acceptance
  • How to deal with a world that really does treat people differently based on size and weight
  • Pre-recorded group coaching calls (watch others get coaching on the spot)

This course will teach you the tools necessary to cause a transformation in your relationship with food.

You will learn how to have powerful shifts in mindset and perspective that will result in behavior change around food!

"I can't recommend it enough. If you are someone who is ready to put your obsession with food on the back burner in order to learn how to show up for your life everyday, this is for you. Cara challenged me to be vulnerable with myself and others, to unearth the roots of my unhealthy relationship with food, and to challenge a system that puts "thin" bodies on a pedestal, locking us into a body-obsessed mentality. If you are on the fence, don't question it, just join."

"Before working with Cara, I considered myself to be a total skeptic when it came to the efficacy of receiving individualized coaching around the topics of body image, self-love, and disordered eating. I was completely resistant to any ideology that was counter to my current beliefs around food and my body.

Over the past few years, I have gained weight and my eating habits reflected the way I felt about myself. I wasn't confident or proud of who I was and as a result, I would turn to food for comfort but then find myself restricting only to become trapped in a cycle of binge eating and then restricting.

At first, I was so ashamed to admit that I needed support, but once I gave up my resistance to asking for help and started working with Cara, she completely rocked my world in the best way possible. She helped me unravel years of limiting beliefs about food and my body, and helped me to realize how much of my life I was WASTING by obsessing about food.

After working with Cara and taking her Break Free from Binge Eating course, I feel so empowered and every aspect of my life has improved. I've noticed improvements in my work, my relationships, my ability to use intuition around food, my energy levels, and (even my sex life...teehee).

If you ever feel like your thoughts about food and your body consume too much of your time and energy, do yourself a favor and free yourself by working with Cara!"

Let's end yo-yo dieting, emotional eating and binge eating once and for all!

“I have struggled with my relationship with food and my body for the better part of two decades. I have spent an immeasurable amount of my life binge eating, restricting, over-exercising, worrying about my weight, hating my body, beating myself up for what I thought was a simple lack of will power.

For all these years I had kept my disordered eating and mentality about food and my body a secret, too ashamed to discuss it openly and seek support, for fear of being judged.

Then, miraculously, I found Cara through instagram and enrolled in her Break Free From Binge Eating group coaching course, hopeful that this would work, when so many other endeavors had failed.

It was liberating to talk to Cara and the other group members, knowing that they could relate and fully understood my struggles. I could feel some of the weight of my burden lift after just the first call. As the weeks went on, and I diligently did the work, I could feel a significant shift in my perspective and attitude towards food and my self image.

After completing the course, I have finally set my weight loss goals aside in pursuit of self-love and acceptance. That shift has allowed me to be much more present in my life and relationships. Full recovery will be a long journey, I know, but Cara has helped me find compassion for myself and lay the groundwork for an easier, healthier relationship with food.

I would encourage anyone who feels they are missing out on life because of a constant focus on and anxiety surrounding food and self-image to enroll in Cara’s course now.”

"Cara is the body positive fairy godmother I've always needed! Her "Break Free from Binge Eating" course is engaging, educational, encouraging, and eye opening from the start! SO many things clicked for me during this course, and so many other things were brought to my attention that I had no idea I'd been doing for most of my life. I truly wish this course existed when I was younger. Every human, and especially every woman, NEEDS to take this course! I couldn't recommend it enough."

Are you ready to have an easy, peaceful relationship with food?

Food really can be no big deal!

"I want to say thank you. Your lessons and support helped me realize a lot of things about what lead me to binge eating, and also helped me learn to hear my body’s signals and trust that I know what’s best for me at any given time. It sounds obvious now, but it was definitely something I needed to learn. So far what you taught me has actually helped me a lot beyond just food - the lessons have helped me trust my gut on a lot of other life things too!"

I am struggling with an Eating Disorder. Can I take this course?
This course is designed to help those who have a history of chronic dieting and disordered eating followed by periods of binge eating, make peace with food and learn to trust and respect their bodies. It's not meant for people with active eating disorders like anorexia or those in the early stages of ED recovery because eating disorders can make honoring your bodies signals very challenging and attempting to practice Intuitive Eating while in the early stages can actually worsen your ED. I would suggest waiting until you are months into recovery and if you have been diagnosed with an ED, please consult with your treatment team to make sure this course is appropriate for you.
I haven't been diagnosed with an Eating Disorder, but I think I have some form of disordered eating. Can I take the course?
Since disordered eating is a spectrum, most women have it to some degree. This course IS designed for people who have disordered eating behaviors such as yo-yo dieting, binge eating, excessive emotional eating and seem to be stuck between restriction and overeating, without significant medical complications or high-risk behaviors such as gastroparesis, purging or medication abuse. It is also meant for those who have poor body image that is connected to their disordered relationship with food.
What if I have another medical condition?
Please consult with your doctor, This course is meant for educational and informational purposes only and does not replace individual professional medical advice.
